Christmas orders!

A good friend of mine requisitioned a dog leash for her boyfriend who just got new puppy!
(Puppy pics to follow)

 App. 40" in length.
550' paracord was used. Traditional triple Braided for the core, with alternating color cobra stitched handles. A secondary handle was added for added training control. A steel 170' clasp was used. And a small ring was added by the main handle for keys or poop bags.
I also made a matching survival bracelet for him!

Golden Snitch

I'm a really big fan of Harry Potter, the books and the movies alike!
Soooo..... I decided to make myself a Snitch!
28 gauge gold plated crafting wire was used. It's about the size of a tennis ball.... So it's a bit bigger than the ones in the movies ( can't imagine most people could catch this thing with their mouth)

This would make on helluva Christmas ornament! Or just an everyday decoration!

The Grateful Dogs!!

A few weeks ago I met a nice guy named Derek who's a dog trainer, we exchanged cards. Today I had nice meeting with him.
I made him a custom slip lead for handling aggressive dogs.
In return he was nice enough to give me a shout out.
He based on the Willow Grove P.A area

Onward and upward!

As of Monday 7/20 I no longer employed to be a picture framer. I was "shown the door " as the Brits say. I've been a picture framer for over 15 years, so It feels very, very peculiar to not be framing any longer.  Hopefully I'll find a new framing gig soon!

But as "they" say.... "When one door closes, another one opens"
Here's hoping that the new door opens soon.

Below are few examples of my work. I've been handing out business cards left & right.. So hopefully a potential employer will like what I have to offer!

Peacock Guild !

Have glass cutter will travel

I've started repurposing used Snapple bottles to make drinking glasses!
But I decided to have a bit of fun afterward

My first attempt, freehand cutting the top off. It needs a lot of sanding & smoothing. But it's proof of concept!

Card Board is awesome!

Corrugated cardboard plus straight pins can make cool things!
